Woodgrow supplies turf to order to ensure timely deliveries of fresh turf to the customer.
When placing an order for turf, the customer is required to pay the full amount of the order, and collection or delivery is to be arranged within 24hours of receiving the turf at Woodgrow. Account customers will be invoiced at the time of order.
Woodgrow is not responsible for the health of the turf if collection or delivery is delayed by the customer, although we endeavour to keep the turf in as good a condition as possible whilst on our premises. On occasions we may receive one or more damaged rolls of turf from our supplier. If you are concerned about the condition of turf supplied, on proof of purchase from ourselves and evidence of damage we will be happy to consider proportionate recompense.
Delivery of turf is ’kerbside’ delivery only, unless an alternative arrangement has been discussed prior to delivery. We are happy to recommend landscapers or garden maintenance companies who may be able to lay your turf and we would recommend you have arrangements in place for laying the turf prior to placing your order.
