Common/Cherry Laurel Prunus laurocerasus “Genolia”
A hardy and strong, rapidly growing Laurel ideal for hedging, and capable of giving a lot of privacy in a short period of time. They are slightly darker and narrower than Novita or Rotundifolia varieties, spreading to just over 1m and reaching @3.5m in height. After flowering in early April they produce small cherry like glossy red fruits. Genolia Laurel is capable of growing in full sun and partial shade. In full shade it will still grow but slower and a little smaller.
