Blackberry- Loch Ness

£9.99

Supplied in 2L pots

Loch Ness is a virtually thorn-less variety which produces huge, firm, glossy black sweet berries in late August and September. This compact form, growing up to 200cm, is great for smaller gardens or in patio pots and can be trained to grow on fences and pergolas. Plant in full sun for extra sweet berries. Prune back the old fruiting shoots in October and mulch with compost. Incorporate organic matter before planting and feed in the spring with high potash plant food, such as tomato fertiliser.
